What are the shipping times?
Shipments are delivered in 3 working days in Italy (excluding the islands, Calabria, Puglia, Venice, Vatican City and San Marino with communication via email of the tracking number, while for Europe delivery takes 5 working days always with communication via email of the tracking number.
Is it possible to track the shipment?
Yes, from the moment of shipment the tracking number is communicated for the tracking of the package.

Is it possible to buy from abroad?
Yes, in that case the shipping costs are calculated according to the destination country.
DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) is the formula we use for shipments to EU countries. In these destinations the goods will arrive directly to the place indicated without having to pay anything other than what was paid at the time of the order. For all other countries, the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) formula is used, so the courier may present you with a separate invoice with which he requests the payment of duties and taxes required by local authorities.
